We start with tacking the horse up together and discussing your goals for the session. This is the class for you if you’d like to improve your jumping or dressage skills, work on your biomechanics and straightness, or focus on your communication skills with the horse through body language.

This is the class for you if you’d like an introduction to the English style of riding.

We begin by cleaning and saddling your horse. This allows you to get to know your horse while learning the basics of grooming. Once the horses are ready, we go to our fenced arena and start with basic commands for communicating with your horse. We then work on your balance, body movement, and familiarity with horse behaviour.

Our horses are very safe, and we take children from 6 years old.

Our mindfulness session is about connecting with horses.

We first take our time grooming the horses in preparation for our session. We then lead the horses to the ménage, where through a series of mindfulness exercises we engage with the horses by enjoying their presence and the nature around us.

This experience is helpful for people who may have had negative experiences with horses in the past and who still are looking for paths of connectivity with them. if you are familiar with horses, we explore the communication skills horses have with each other and with us, looking for a conversation with body language and horsemanship exercises to better understand them.
